EHDS (European Health Data Space) proposes a common European legislation which among other things ensures access to health data for secondary use.In this presentation, we look at the informatics associated with secondary use of health data, established standards and techniques for making data available for secondary use (including OMOP), international real world examples and how healthcare organizations can benefit internally from tools for secondary use.

NORDeHEALTH: Patients' Input to Electronic Health Record – Opportunities and Challenges in EstoniaYou will get an overview of how the system of patients’ online health record works in Estonia today. We will take you through the opportunities, but also challenges for the future and give an insight of how we plan to overcome those. As more and more emphasize are put on person-centeredness in healthcare, but also in order to fully achieve the potential benefits of digitalization, it is necessary to further explore how could electronic health records shift from solely being a documentation tool for health professionals to rather a tool for secure collaboration and communication with patients and family caregivers. We will introduce you our co-designing journey on patient-generated health data on blood pressure and blood glycose levels.

This is a session presenting basic recommendations intended to facilitate the planning (and implementation) of national legislation on secondary use of health data. These recommendations are based on a summary on a multinational level of the experiences and conclusions of pioneering European countries that already have such national legislation, in combination with the needs of other European countries in this respect.

TechSverige har tillsammans med ett antal medlemsföretag identifierat ett stort behov att ta fram ett modulärt standardavtal för trygghetskapande teknik. Vår förhoppning är att ett modulärt standardavtal kommer bli ett effektivt verktyg i att skapa en gravitation mot en dialogbärande samverkan i avtalsförhandlingar men även som utgångspunkt i upphandlingar med ambitionen att skapa en sund marknadssituation och en hög nivå av trygghet för båda parter.I en paneldiskussion med experter från näringsliv och offentlighet resonerar vi kring möjligheter och nyttor.

Vi talar om den boende i centrum men organiserar oss utifrån medicintider och rapporter. Hur ska vi dra nytta av datan som skapas i våra organisationer för att få högre effektivitet och minska stressen? Kan datan ges formen av den osynliga handen som hjälper organisationen att öka välbefinnandet för de boende.

49 kommuner deltar i Västra Götalandsregionens satsning på en sammanhållen vård och omsorg.  Det finns utmaningar på många plan - hur kan olika huvudmän samarbeta om processer, information, teknik och organisatoriske frågor? 

En dialog mellan representanter för förskrivare samt journalsystemleverantör kring möjligheter och gap de närmaste åren när det gäller läkemedel och nationella läkemedelslistan med fokus på den del av läkemedelskedjan där besluten om läkemedelsbehandling fattas.

I denna panel diskuteras hur digitala arbetssätt kan utvecklas av eller med involvering av kliniker och hur vi tar oss an den svåra uppgiften att ge dessa arbetssätt bred spridning och etablera dem som det nya normala. Vad måste ledare, politiker, patienter och kliniker göra för att vi ska få fart på den breda digitala transformationen?

Utvecklingen går snabbt och inom IT finns många små aktörer med fantastiska idéer. Hur kan vi aktörer inom hälso- och sjukvården samarbeta för att nya programvaror ska komma ut i användning snabbt, samtidigt som de är säkra för patienterna och uppfyller de gällande regelverken.

I takt med vårdens digitalisering blir egenmonitorering allt vanligare för personer med neurologiska diagnoser. I dagsläget använder cirka 6 % av Neuroförbundets medlemmar någon typ av välfärdsteknik och/eller appar för egenmonitorering. Under föreläsningen kommer vi att diskutera egenmonitorering ur ett patientperspektiv med stöd av vår senaste medlemsenkät om e-hälsa.
