March, 2025
It’s time for us to deliver more news on new features and improvements in InvitePeople! These updates go out to all of you who love to stay organized during the set-up of a new event and get excited by structured reporting features. We also want to send a special welcome to our neighbors in Finland and Denmark who can now enjoy full language support in their countries too! 🇩🇰 🇫🇮
Supporting more Languages 🌍
- Two new languages have been released for participant views:
DanishandFinnish.
Improved Checklist ✅
- The
Checklistbutton available for administrators has been moved from the main menu and has become a green circular button in the top right corner. The button is similar to theNeed help?andAnnouncementsbuttons and is now easier to find. Also, theChecklistdrawer is now in dark mode for better readability. -
The
Checklisteditor forEvent templatesnow has two different edit modes:StandardandMarkdown.Supervisor Administratorscan use the standard text editor, just like before, to create static checklist articles. When using theMarkdowneditor lists of checkboxes can be added that administrators can tick one by one. This allows for the creation of dynamic task lists used by administrators who are setting up new events.
Reporting & Statistics 📊
-
A new reporting feature has been released:
Shared lists. Lists found underReporting→Exports→Previous exportscan now easily be shared with external users by clicking onShare list. You can enterInstructionsthat will be included in the invite emails sent to the users, enter the email addresses that will receive access, and select whichColumnsof the list to share. The invited users with whom the lists are shared can then log in and find all lists shared with them underReportingin the main menu. This gives you full control when sharing data with external stakeholders and provides a secure and privacy-ready reporting tool. -
Link clicks in emails sent from InvitePeople are now fully tracked and the
Delivery status:Clickedcan be monitored by you for individual emails and aggregated atReporting→Statistics→Email delivery. Please keep in mind that this is not exact data. When sending out emails, links could be “clicked”, for example by spam filters, firewalls, or email apps, potentially creating false positives.

Settings→Customize appearance→Wallet settingshave been updated. The Wallet Logo setting has been split into two:Google Wallet LogoandApple Wallet Logo. This allows you to use a rectangular logo specifically for Apple Wallet. -
