In the NORDeHEALTH project, we benchmarked the usability of Estonian, Finnish, Norwegian, and Swedish patient portals offering patients online access to their electronic health records (EHR). In this presentation, Sari Kujala from Aalto University will tell us more about the results. Which country had the best System Usability Score? What were the most positive and negative experiences across countries?

In this presentation, we will compare patients who have received mental healthcare's experiences of having online record access (ORA) between Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Estonia. Psychiatric records online are offered to patients in all four countries, and provide the same functionality and similar psychiatry information. The results presented in this talk are based on the NORDeHEALTH 2022 Patient survey consisting of 45 questions, including demographic variables and questions related to users' experiences with ORA. We will focus on the questions concerning positive experiences (benefits), negative experiences (errors, omissions, offence), and breaches of security and privacy.

En genomgång av vad som pågår inom området implementationsnära standardisering och framförallt semantisk interoperabilitet. Exempel på pågående uppdrag inom den nationella digitala infrastrukturen och varför det är viktigt. I regleringsbrevet för 2024 har E-hälsomyndigheten fått i uppdrag att etablera en nationell funktion för interoperabilitet. Funktionen ska identifiera prioriterade områden för standardisering samt verka för framtagning och användning av implementationsnära specifikationer inom hälso- och sjukvården. Det är en komplicerad uppgift, vi pratar om varför det behövs och hur arbetet kommer att läggas upp.

Region Västernorrland har de senaste 4 åren satsat på att få organisationen att förflytta sig inom digitalisering. Nu snart 4 år senare står regionen redo för att utvärdera och ta fram en ny strategi för området. Så här lever vi strategin i praktiken!

I Region Gävleborg tar vi steget bort från den traditionella vägen för invånaren att sköta sina digitala administrativa ärenden till vården och går från fritext till strukturerad kommunikation. Genom att erbjuda tjänster som receptförnyelse, intygsförfrågan, förnya, börja eller sluta med preventivmedel samt hjälpmedels- och speciallivsmedelsförnyelse i vår triagemotor strävar vi efter en mer strukturerad informationsöverföring till förskrivare. Målet är att minska detektivarbetet, rikta ärenden till rätt profession från början och skapa en sömlös kommunikation med invånaren. Utforska vårt spännande steg mot framtidens vård.

Virtuell slutenvård (Hospital at Home) är en internationellt växande vårdform. På S:t Görans Sjukhus i Stockholm har vi nu i över ett år bedrivit dygnet runt sjukhusansluten vård för inneliggande patienter. 
Vad är egentligen en vårdplats? Hur kan den i framtiden se ut?
Vad krävs för att decentralisera sjukhusvård?

Syftet med den digitala vårdplanen är att invånaren ska få information som är anpassad för den egna individen så att hen blir mer delaktig i sin vårdprocess.

Regionalt cancercentrum (RCC) Stockholm-Gotland och Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset har tillsammans tagit fram en lösning som möjliggör för kvalitetssäkrad automatiserad analys, uppföljning och rapportering av ledtider i alla standardiserade vårdförlopp. Detta i sin tur ger vårdpersonal möjlighet att proaktivt agera för att patienter med välgrundad misstanke om cancer får sin första behandling i rätt tid.
