Hälsodatavägledningen på halsodata.se ska vägleda innovationsprojekt till att nå sin fulla potential genom att drivas av användningsfall och förhålla sig till juridik, semantik och det befintliga ekosystemet av hälsodata. Den ska vägleda förbi de vanligaste hindren och genom tips på vägar framåt få initiativet att nå sin fulla potential. 

Vi vill guida er genom Läkemedelsverkets spännande innovationsstödjande verksamhet, där vi strävar efter att uppfylla vårt uppdrag att stödja den svenska life science-sektorn. Vårt fokus ligger på tre huvudaktiviteter: Information och utbildning, vetenskaplig och regulatorisk rådgivning samt implementering av regulatorisk vetenskap.

After announcing the winner of the NORDeHEALTH 2024 benchmarking battle, we will end our session with a panel discussion. Christel Bengtner from Inera AB will reflect on the identified differences between patient portals - what are Inera's plans in these areas? What can be learned from other countries implementations of patients' online record access? Then our panel members from Sweden (Rose-Mharie Åhlfeldt and Christel Bengtner), Norway (Asbjørn Johansen Fagerlund), Finland (Sari Kujala), and Estonia (Anna Dudkina) will discuss partnership between research and practice - how do we ensure that the results from research can have an impact on practice? And how we ensure that researchers focus on issues of importance to practice?

The Six Aims of Nursing Interactions, based on the theory of Modeling and Role-Modeling provides a theoretical framework that can help nurses practice from a holistic framework, while increasing their productivity, decreasing their stress, increasing their feelings of satisfaction and professional accomplishments; and most importantly increase their clients’ state of wellbeing. This presentation will offer nurses a framework that can be used with any population, in any setting. Through the creation of a safe, trusting, and sacred space, nurses engage with their clients to facilitate a sense of hope, control, affirmation, and empowerment to establish mutual goals that will initiate greater states of eudaemonistic health and wellbeing. Following the presentation, participants will be able to apply the major content presented into their practice, engaging and empowering their patients; essential to implementing Patient-centered care.

Panelsamtal: Hur kan Nationella Läkemedelslistan bidra till bästa möjliga läkemedelsanvändning? Hur säkerställer vi  införandet av NLL blir kostnads- och resurseffektivt och skapar värde för patienten?

The International patient Summary (IPS) is an extract of an electronic health record containing essential healthcare information to support cross-border and unscheduled patient care. The IPS also has the potential to be used in many other scenarios where a patient crosses health information systems, like travel between provinces/states, cities or organizations that use a different Health Information System. The implementation and support for the IPS comes from a commitment by the G7 and Global Digital Health Partnership. International standards organisations have come together to deliver on this commitment, with SNOMED International providing the free global set of clinical terms to support it's implementation. The development and expansion of the use of the IPS and the SNOMED free set is making a real difference to cross border care globally, and to interoperability specifically
