In this presentation, we will compare patients who have received mental healthcare's experiences of having online record access (ORA) between Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Estonia. Psychiatric records online are offered to patients in all four countries, and provide the same functionality and similar psychiatry information. The results presented in this talk are based on the NORDeHEALTH 2022 Patient survey consisting of 45 questions, including demographic variables and questions related to users' experiences with ORA. We will focus on the questions concerning positive experiences (benefits), negative experiences (errors, omissions, offence), and breaches of security and privacy.
