Matchmaking & Meeting Generation 🤝

  • You can now block time slots for individual Meeting places to ensure no meetings are booked in specific rooms during specific times. To block rooms you can go to Administer → Meetings → Meetings places → Calendar, and click on a time slot. This feature is handled similar to the Mark as busy feature in a participant’s calendar. The blocked time slots are visible in the meeting place calendar and on the Meeting planning board.
  • The Meeting generator has been updated with a new setting: Book main meeting party in exhibitor booth. When this setting is checked meetings for partakers from the Main meeting party will be booked in exhibitor booths if possible. Booking in booths will only be possible for company partakers with a booth name set.
  • A new setting for profile fields has been released: Use for meeting partakers. Checking this setting for a Participant or Company profile field will make it available for you in the Meeting partaker views and exports.
  • You can now filter the list of Meeting partakers based on type (Participant / Company) and profile fields with the setting Use for meeting partakers when viewing a Meeting party.

Session Reviews ⭐️

  • A new feature for Session reviewers is available: Refrain from review. When a reviewer clicks this button they will clearly mark that they’ve seen the session, but will not add any rating or comment to it.
  • A new filter when listing sessions in the administrator backend is available: Reviews. Using this filter you can filter out sessions with No reviews or with an average rating between certain intervals.
  • A new setting for Session profile fields is available: Visible for session reviewers. This setting is on by default and you can use it to set whether to show the field to reviewers or not.

Imports, Exports & API Updates 💾

  • The Companies import has two new columns: Max_employees and Chat_kind. This gives you control over the Maximum number of employees setting and Chat settings for companies via imports.
  • A new export Session reviews has been released. This new export contains all reviews of sessions together with session information.
  • The Assigned meeting ratings export has two new columns: Rating partaker company and Rated partaker company.
  • Version 2.2.16 of the InvitePeople REST API has been released with two new endpoints: Get all Companies and Get a specific Company.
  • Version 2.2.17 of the InvitePeople REST API has been released with four new endpoints: Get all Partner Codes, Get a specific Partner Code, Get all Ticket Scans, and Get a specific Ticket Scan. In addition to that the parameter partner_code_id has been added to the Ticket object.
  • Version 2.2.18 of the InvitePeople REST API has been released with three new endpoints: Aggregate Web Analytics, Break down Web Analytics, and Get Web Analytics time series. For more details, visit our documentation at https://docs.invitepeople.com/
