Med en växande och åldrande befolkning krävs nya och innovativa vårdformer. Sjukhus kommer alltid behövas men med dagens teknik är det möjligt att flytta hem delar av den vård som idag sker inneliggande på sjukhus till patientens egna hem med många fördelar för den enskilda patienten som därmed sätts i centrum på riktigt. Samtidigt ökar vårdplatskapaciteten dynamiskt för sjukhusen och frigör platser. 

Gyrocardiography motion sensor technology, that can be operated on smartphones with no additional hardware required, has been validated for numerous heart diseases such heart failure, aortic stenosis, atrial fibrillation and pulmonary hypertension. The talk will focus on the scientific evidence from numerous clinical studies and demonstrating clinical utility in several use cases.

Since 2020, G_NIUS has been providing various tools to help project leaders find their way in the world of eHealth in France. Facilitator of innovation in eHealth, G-NUIS is the fruit of a collective effort by the ministerial eHealth delegation (DNS) and the Agence du Numérique en Santé (ANS).

How wearables will revolutionize eHealth.

Health Data Hub is a health data platform put in place by the French government to combine existing health databases and facilitate their usage for research and development purposes. It was launched in December 2019.  This presentation will, among other things, be about how the work is organised and what benefits that has come out of the Health Data Hub. 

Digital health technologies (DHTs) have a great potential to help citizens and health professionals address preventable risk factors associated with diseases and illnesses that shorten human lives. DHTs can facilitate early detection, treatment, management of chronic conditions and support healthy ageing. DHTs also make it possible to shift from reactive to active and holistic delivery of health care services by empowering citizens in accessing their personal health data, monitoring, and managing their own health, based on their own preferences.

Hälsodigitalen, ett år senare!Vad har hänt sedan maj 2022 - när Hälsodigitalen har utvecklats vidare och blivit 1177 direkt Västerbotten.

Under 2021 genomförde region västernorrland en pilot gällande digital ingång i vården. Sommaren 2022 breddinfördes detta inom alla regiondriven primärvård. Vitalis 2022 föreläste regionen om piloten, erfarenheter av vårt breddinförande samt vårt fortsatta breddinförande. 

Vilken väg tar en biverkningsrapport ut i Europa och hur bidrar den enskilda rapporten till en god säkerhetsuppföljning och säkra läkemedel? Hör chefen för läkemedelssäkerhet och chefen för IT berätta om hur de krokade arm för att hantera en skenande mängd biverkningsrapporter genom att ta hjälp av digitala medarbetare/RPA, hur de la upp arbetet och hur det hjälpt till att få en kulturell förflyttning och attitydförändring kring den här typen av teknik, att snabbt kunna presentera säkerhetsdata externt och att snabbt kunna hantera potentiella säkerhetsrisker när de uppkommer.  

In this lecture, Marc Farr and Jake Arnold-Forster (guests from the UK) talk through the application of SOPs, discuss how they are created and made available in healthcare clinics and enhancing them with digital technology, how this helps to scale up innovative ways of working in line organisation and what effects this has created.

E-hälsomyndigheten har tagit fram en fokusrapport om digitala ingångar till vård och omsorg. Rapporten innehåller en kartläggning av behov och utmaningar kopplade till digitala ingångar.

What should nursing organizations do to become more Innovation Ready? As contribution to the discussion around Nurse-Led Innovation, the Innovation Readiness Inventory is delivered to help answer these questions.During the presentation you will also meet Nursing Directors who will take you through how they use the tool and how it is connected to their work on how to establish Frontline Innovation as a part of their day to day operations.

Digital interventions can have beneficial effects on our health and prescribing digital therapies is not in the distant future - for use in institutions and at home. While the benefits are encouraging for patients, next-of-kin, healthcare personnel and institutions, we need a deeper understanding of the nature of digital interventions that are powered by sensors, algorithms and apps. The understanding should help us answer questions like how we verify the clinical benefits of the therapies or if health systems have the expertise, regulations, organisational roles and health economic arrangements in place to adopt digital therapies.This talk reports on some initiatives in Scandinavia and Germany that address the development, testing, regulation and procurement of digital interventions. As a backdrop, the talk uses discussions in the Health Data Innovation Council (https://healthdatainnovation.eu) to highlight different aspects of data-driven health interventions and the implications across the continuum of care (prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and palliative care), health technology life cycle (design, testing, commercialization and operations) and oversight (approval, certification and regulation).

Samtidigt utmanas vårt avlånga land av varierande tillgänglighet och vårdköer, inte minst i pandemins fotspår. Välkomna till Microsofts session där vi konkretiserar hur det går att bygga digi-fysiska vårdflöden på ett enkelt sätt. Vårt mål är att visa hur digi-fysiska vårdflöden med nya och digitalt understödda arbetssätt kan frigöra tid så att vårdpersonal kan ägna sig åt kärnan i sin vårdprofession. 

2021 beslutade att en ny digitaliseringsstrategi för Region Västernorrland, detta har inneburit bl.a. framtagning av en utvecklingsprocess och ett omtag kring regionen projektstyrning (projektportfölj).
