Idag lever många personer med en kognitiv påverkan, utan att ha fått en kognitiv bedömning. Exempelvis kan operation, depression eller stressrelaterad problematik i många fall medföra en kognitiv svikt. Den kognitiva svikten påverkar diagnostiken, behandlingen, rehabiliteringen och skapar stort lidande för individen. För att hjälpa individer med odiagnostiserad kognitiv svikt krävs mätning av den kognitiva funktionen för att kunna sätta in prevention samt följa upp och planera för tidiga insatser. Föreläsningen innefattar även ett patientcase där personen delar sina erfarenheter av digitala kognitiva test.

Forsante Anticoagulation is a CE certified digital service that automates the dosing of anticoagulants and treatment follow-up. Automation capabilities save up to 80% of clinicians’ time spent in the anticoagulation treatment process. Treatment quality is improved by standardising treatment models. Our data shows that patients’ treatment balance is enhanced over time in terms of TTR (time in therapeutic range). Better TTR reduces adverse events and improves safety.
