Mr. Jari Haverinen, received his M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (1999) and M.H.Sc. (2018) degrees from the University of Oulu, Finland. He has 18 years background in the telecoms industry before his career in digital health field. His current job role is Senior Planning Officer in the Finnish Coordinating Center for Health Technology Assessment (FinCCHTA). His main responsibility in FinCCHTA is the Digi-HTA assessment process that has been developed to perform health technology assessments (HTA) for novel digital healthcare technologies such as mobile apps, AI and robotics. He also works as a Doctoral researcher at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Oulu, where his research area is the development of new HTA methods for digital health solutions as well as eHealth research.
Ouassim NAIET EL GAIED Panelist

Highly qualified pharmacist with a Master's degree in international regulatory affairs and a university diploma in Market Access & Health Economics.
Ouassim is a Market Access expert specialized in digital health at MediTech Access, a French consulting firm at the forefront of the most important milestones for digital health reimbursement in France, including the remote patient monitoring experiment (ETAPES), the first HTA assessment dossiers for digital health solutions, and the new remote monitoring reimbursement and PECAN frameworks.
He is actually responsible for managing digital health projects at MediTech Access where he is dedicated to supporting startups and MedTech companies in gaining early access and/or reimbursement for their medical devices. Prior to joining MediTech Access, Ouassim managed early market access phases for connected medical devices at BioSerenity, a start-up specializing in cardiology, neurology, and sleep medicine. He was also a Market Access intern at Air Liquide Healthcare, where he was involved in the development of a digital solution in oncology.

Petra Hoogendoorn is an industrial engineer and change manager. She initiated two health apps in oncology, is lead expert of CEN-ISO/TS 82304-2 Health and wellness apps - quality and reliability, an initiative of the European Commission which includes a health app assessment framework and label inspired by the EU Energy label, and coordinator of the Horizon Europe Label2Enable project, which supports implementation of 82304-2 throughout Europe to facilitate uptake and funding mechanisms of health apps.

Sylwia is a Public Affairs and Market Access professional with more than 10 years of experience in business and public administration.
She currently holds the position of Head of outside Big5 (Poland, Czech Republic, Benelux, Nordics), Health Economic & Market Access Manager Poland at Boston Scientific, a U.S. medical technology company with global reach. In her role, she oversees, among other things, stakeholder relations and deals with public health issues of high society relevance with government and policymakers. She works also with industry/NGOs partners on strengthening transparent partnerships between business and policymakers, such as the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland, to foster good climate for transatlantic relations. Previously, she worked as a Public Policy Manager Central Eastern Europe, being responsible for advocacy projects in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, and Romania. Before that, she managed several Public Affairs projects for corporate clients (tech, energy, FMCG and healthcare) in a global consulting firm. A graduate of the University of Warsaw, Institute of Political Science (2013). Sylwia is an alumna of the Aspen Institute Central Europe.
