Ramsay Santé's Living Labs & Accelerator Passed
Tuesday May 23, 2023 13:00 - 13:30 F3
Lecturers: Michael Adam Adler, Towa Jexmark
Track: Innovation
In 2022, Ramsay Santé officially launched its "Accelerator Programme" and network of "Living Labs".
The Living Labs and Accelerator Programme play an important part in our ambition to innovate and transform the way we do healthcare across our markets in Ramsay Santé; covering France, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Italy. In this context, our goal is to ensure that we reach our Group’s strategic objectives, whilst enabling an agile and structured process in which we work with the best innovative start-ups - creating value for both the start-up and Ramsay Santé along the way.
The initiatives have their roots in Ramsay Santé’s innovation process (built on the Innovation ISO-standars) and the work being done with external companies at the Living Labs and Ramsay Santé Innovation & Strategic Partnership Hub.
Each year we engage with hundreds of companies across our group. We identified early on that we needed a structured process to ensure we succeed in collaborations with innovative external companies and start-ups, whilst remaining agile and flexible.
We needed to structure how we utilized our staff, domain expertise, knowledge about patient pathways, access to data and other resources - resources that external parties need to develop their services and solutions. We needed to make sure that we co-developed viable services and solutions that meet our requirements from a clinical, quality, efficiency, legal and business perspective.
Our collaborations and experiences so far have shown us, that our approach is working.
