As a multidisciplinary creator, Martha's interests span a wide range of activities in—and beyond—the health context. Her formal education (graphic design) led to her earning a doctorate in 2017 from The Norwegian University of Science & Technology (NTNU). Martha is fascinated by the diversity of visual communication tools from ancient to modern times.
Through role-playing, this workshop highlights the impact of analogue drawing as an important tool for information communication, meaning-making, and safety in the patient-physician consultation space. Emotional topics such as validation and trust are addressed as well. Martha engages audiences in workshops that lead to creative exchange and empowerment. Come be inspired!
NB: This workshop has a high degree of participation.
