Good to know when visiting The Swedish Forum for Human Rights

Registration desk opens:
Thursday 17th November: 8.00 am
Friday 18th November: 8.30 am

Programmes (60 minute seminars and miniseminars):
Tursday 17th November: 9.00 am - 7.30 pm
Friday 18th November: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm

Exhibition and booth area:
Thursday 17th November: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
Friday 18th November: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm


  Ticket information
The Swedish Forum for Human Rights consists of two sections: programmes and exhibitions which are free for all visitors, and longer programmes (60 minute seminars) which require a paid ticket. Please observe that your ticket does not guarantee you a seat in the seminar rooms as there is a limited number of seats available in each room. We advise you to arrive in good time and to have a second choice lined up.

Your ticket will be sent to you by email after purchasing it. You can also find it on InvitePeople (My Mänskliga Rättighetsdagarna --> My tickets). Please print out your ticket and bring it to the registration desk located on the ground floor of the conferance. There, you will find lanyards and plastic pockets for your ticket as well as other useful content for the forum. Please wear the ticket around your neck as it gives you access into the seminar rooms.

  Food & Beverage
No foods or beverages are included in the ticket fee. It is possible to buy both 'fika' (tea, coffee, snacks) and lunch inside the forum. All food that is served during The Swedish Forum for Human Rights is lacto-ovo-vegetarian.
Cafés and restaurants near Conventum

  Cloakroom
Staffed cloakrooms that costs 30 SEK and unstaffed cloakrooms free of charge, will be available at Conventum. Due to fire hazards it is obligatory to hang in your jacket.

  Accessibility

  Allergies & Animals
We kindly ask you to avoid strong scented products such as perfume to show concideration to our visitors with allergies. Mammals besides guide dogs are not allowed on the premisis.

  Accomodation
There are many accomodation options at different price levels in Örebro. Make sure to book ahead of time as there is a limited amount of room. All the hotels listed, are free of pornography and have union approved contracts.
