Pihlajalinna har använt automatisering med hjälp av AI för att triagera patienten digitalt sedan 2022 och fram till maj 2024 har man genomfört drygt 50 000 AI-baserade triageringar.
Implementationen gör att patienterna får hjälp snabbare men har också haft andra, mer oväntade effekter, som påverkar hela organisationens omställning för framtiden.

Pihlajalinna has been using automation with AI-enabled triage to triage patients digitally since 2022 and by May 2024 had completed over 50,000 AI-based triages.
The implementation helps patients get help faster but has also had other, more unexpected effects that affect the entire organisation's transition for the future.
