I början av 2023 lanserade den digitala primärvårdsgivaren Min Doktor administrationsverktyget Effektiva vårdflöden - ett standardiserat och datadrivet arbetssätt som leder till högre kvalitet och mer vård per arbetstimme.
Hör Loreto Ferrada, chefsläkare Min Doktor, berätta om datadrivna och fördefinierade handläggningsflöden som kan användas av läkare i hanteringen av ett patientärende. Syftet är att effektivisera genom att minska läkarens administrativa insats efter att den medicinska bedömningen är gjord och beslut om behandling tagits i samråd med patienten.
När ett effektivt vårdflöde används sker ett antal på förhand bestämda aktiviteter/åtgärder. Det kan exempelvis vara förskrivning av läkemedel och att journalanteckningen förifylls med viss information. Förarbetet är fortfarande detsamma, det vill säga läkaren för dialog med patienten och kompletterar med relevant information för att sedan ställa diagnos och föreslå lämplig behandling. Det är efterarbetet och administrationen som effektiviseras och standardiseras.
Resultatet? Min Doktors data visar att läkarna – när de använder administrationsverktyget – sparar uppemot en halv arbetsvecka i månaden. Det gör att de kan hjälpa fler patienter.
