In September 2022 we launched the Sweden + Spain Green Alliance, a joint initiative between Business Sweden, Embassy of Sweden in Madrid, Spain, Cámara de Comercio Hispano-Sueca de Madrid, Cámara de Comercio Hispano-Sueca de Barcelona and nine leading Swedish companies in Spain. We are coming together to work for a more sustainable planet and are fully committed to work with our Spanish partners to realise Spain’s 2050 sustainability strategy.
As Sweden's Minister for Foreign Trade, Ms. Anna Hallberg, said in her introductory speech at the inauguration:
“I am confident that an increased exchange of expertise, innovation and investment can contribute to achieving our shared sustainability goals.”
