The registration fee includes

 Entrance to the Welcome and registration reception on Monday evening, 22nd of April

Access to plenary talks, parallel sessions, and booths (publishers, companies)

  Entrance to the Nordbygg exhibition and visit of the exhibition area

  Coffee/tea, cake/fruit and lunch on Tuesday to Wednesday


Please note, the conference Gala dinner requires additional registration and payment.


Cancellation policy – ConferenceCancellations will be accepted until the 1st of February 2024 with an administration fee of SEK 395 (approx. EUR 35). 
After 1st of February 2024, cancellations cannot be accepted, but substitutes (a colleague) will be accepted at any time provided that Swedvac (www.roomvent2024.com) is informed of the change and that the substitute participant has not been previously registered.
