Jesper's advice is based on learnings from +100 start-ups and scaleups.

Building  on discussions of patients’ experiences using 1177 Journal and the accuracy of the information patients read in their 1177 Journal, this session shifts focus to genAI from both healthcare professionals’ and patients’ perspectives. We examine how AI is reshaping documentation practices, clinical workflows, and patient understanding, while raising critical questions about trust, usability, and real-world impact.
