Healthcare’s growing reliance on AI, analytics, and cross-institution collaboration is constrained by fragmented data, strict regulation, and the lack of secure ways to use sensitive health data without losing control or trust. By separating data from systems and providing a secure execution layer that fits existing IT, healthcare organizations can generate reproducible evidence, enable secure collaboration, and accelerate innovation while retaining full control. This session presents a zero-trust, sovereignty-first approach where data stays inside the hospital or government’s own environment (on-prem or sovereign infrastructure) while analysis is executed locally and only non-identifiable results can be shared.

Selftalk is a UK-based, Moldova-funded self-therapy and self-coaching platform that increases performance in fast-growing teams by transforming people friction. We work at two levels — with executives and employees — giving leaders data-driven clarity on team dynamics, and giving the team the internal capabilities to deal with the challenges that slow them down at work. Through AI-personalised plans designed by psychologists, we build capabilities not just at the individual level, but to think, communicate, and perform as a team. Because the time and energy lost to unresolved tension, misalignment, and burnout is time the company can't perform with. Selftalk gives that time back.
