Spår: Hälso- och sjukvården i totalförsvaret

War draws our attention to the front line, but the real test may be elsewhere.

For every acute trauma patient, there are hundreds of people with chronic disease, the elderly, the vulnerable. When healthcare is scaled back to the basics, they will rely on primary care to survive.

Should that care fail, the human cost can be extreme.

How can a tried and tested system from northern Sweden serve rural Ukraine, and how can the Ukrainian experience help Sweden maintain access to the essentials, if the worst were to happen?
