For Sales, Planning, and Ops teams. The stretch between a signed contract and a finished event is mostly chasing: frequent updates, handoffs, and last minute changes. We're sharing what's to come for sales and an early look at the direction we're exploring for event planning and operations, as Momentus becomes an AI-powered system of intelligence and action, and what it will look like when the system delivers the details for you.

Most venues hit the same walls: fragmented system use, inconsistent habits, and adoption that stalls after go-live. This session draws on our recent optimization work to surface the patterns we see most often - where assessment tends to uncover hidden pain points, why role-based training and power users make or break adoption, and what a governance model needs to look like to hold up across admins, planners, operations, finance, and end users. Attendees will leave with a clearer read on which of these patterns show up at their own venue, and practical steps to address them.

Ray Evernham is a NASCAR Hall of Famer, three-time championship crew chief, and the architect of one of the most celebrated pit crews in racing history. He led Jeff Gordon and the legendary Rainbow Warriors to three championships and two Daytona 500 wins. He'll share what it takes to build a team that performs under pressure and executes flawlessly when it matters most. If you run a venue, you already know: tight coordination across departments can make or break a successful event. Ray knows what it means to move fast - he has lived that at 200 miles per hour!

Third-party ticketing platforms take your fees and your customer data. Momentus Ticketing keeps both in-house. See how ticket sales connect directly into your Momentus platform, giving you a single view of every buyer, every event, and every dollar. This session includes a brief product demo, with a more in-depth session the afternoon of September 17 for those who want to go deeper.
