Enterprise, Tuned Up: From Assessment to Action

Most venues hit the same walls: fragmented system use, inconsistent habits, and adoption that stalls after go-live. This session draws on our recent optimization work to surface the patterns we see most often - where assessment tends to uncover hidden pain points, why role-based training and power users make or break adoption, and what a governance model needs to look like to hold up across admins, planners, operations, finance, and end users. Attendees will leave with a clearer read on which of these patterns show up at their own venue, and practical steps to address them.

Tony is a Principal Consultant at Momentus who helps lead enterprise implementation strategy for some of our largest customers. He has over 20 years of experience in the event space. Starting as a technician for the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center at the University of Notre Dame, Tony was promoted to Operations program manager and application administrator as he became an expert and power user of the Momentus platform. In 2018 Tony joined Momentus which has allowed him to share his wealth of knowledge through the customer lens to improve the platform and customer experience. He serves as mentor and product expert to his peers and Tony is particularly interested in process improvement, business intelligence and operational reporting. Outside of work, Tony is a husband, cat guardian, gamer, and trombonist.
