Klas har i mer än 15 år arbetat såväl strategiskt som operativt med digitalisering inom socialtjänsten. De senaste tre åren på Sveriges kommuner och regioner, men innan det både i kommunsamverkan regionalt som i en kommun med IT-nära förvaltningsledning. Klas har innan det en bakgrund inom utförardelarna av socialtjänsten, med ett fokus på behandling och kvalitetledning.
