In the NORDeHEALTH project, we benchmarked the usability of Estonian, Finnish, Norwegian, and Swedish patient portals offering access to EHR. In this presentation, Sari Kujala from Aalto University will tell us more about the results. Which country had the best System Usability Score? What were the most positive and negative experiences across countries?
