This session focuses on immune mechanisms and the endometriosis microenvironment, including advanced in vitro models and multi-omics approaches.

This session addresses the mechanisms of lesion formation and fibrosis, covering cellular, molecular, and mechanical aspects, as well as translational approaches.

Poster presentations will be displayed in two thematic sections. The scientific committee will conduct an evaluation. Three poster prizes (300 € each) will be awarded.
