International Conference on Endometriosis Research
ICER 2026 is organized by the five consortia funded by the German Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR) for the funding period 2024–2027. These interdisciplinary consortia are dedicated to advancing basic research on endometriosis and include ENDO-PAIN (Sylvia Mechsner, Berlin), ENDO-RELIEF (Bernhard Krämer, Tübingen), StEPP-UPP (Esther Pogatzki-Zahn, Münster), HoPE (Iris Kolassa, Ulm), and ENDOFERT (Tanja Fehm, Düsseldorf; Martin Götte, Münster). Together, they represent a coordinated national effort to investigate the pathomechanisms of endometriosis at a fundamental level and to strengthen collaboration across research disciplines. The Endometriose Vereinigung Deutschland is also supporting the organization of ICER 2026, particularly in the planning and implementation of the Patients’ Day.
