Thomas is a veterinarian and has worked with Novo Nordisk since 2015, having worked as a hands-on facility veterinarian and now also strategically with 3R issues – as chair of the Animal Welfare Body and with a special focus on reducing severity, Humane Endpoints and Culture of Care.
