Emelie Jansson works as an administrative officer at the Swedish 3Rs Center, mostly with projects relating to the R refine as she has a degree in ethology and animal welfare. She will be giving a short presentation about Culture of Care from the perspective of the 3Rs center, how it relates to the 3Rs and why the center has an interest in work with Culture of Care. As she used to work as an animal technician, she will also shortly share some of her thoughts in what culture of care existed and how it could have been better.
