När hat och hot blir en del av vardagen för anställda, förtroendevalda och ideellt engagerade i civilsamhället sätts både ledarskap, demokrati och arbetsmiljö på prov. Arbetsgivare har ett tydligt ansvar att förebygga, agera och följa upp – hat och hot är en demokrati och arbetsmiljöfråga, inte ett individuellt problem. Alla har rätt till en trygg och säker arbetsmiljö, oavsett arbetsuppgifter.
Detta seminarium vänder sig till dig som företräder, leder eller arbetar i en organisation inom civilsamhället och vill stå stadigt när trycket ökar, utan att backa från uppdrag, värderingar eller synlighet.
Under seminariet tar vi upp ämnen som till exempel:
Arbetsgivarens ansvar Hur koppla hat och hot till det systematiska arbetsmiljöarbetet och skapa tydliga rutiner för förebyggande, akuta lägen och efterarbete
Strategi före, under och efter angrepp Risk- och sårbarhetsanalys, omvärldsbevakning och praktiska arbetssätt som minskar sårbarhet och självcensur, med utgångspunkt i Expos rapport om hat och hot i civilsamhället
Kultur, värderingar och stöd Hur verksamheten bygger en trygg kultur där medarbetare och förtroendevalda vet att organisationen står bakom dem, är trygg i sina värderingar och fortsätter driva sina frågor trots motstånd
Kort sagt: ett seminarium för dig som behöver både kompass och verktyg för att verka hållbart, även under hat och hot.
