Tickets
To take part of the conference program during the Forum, visitors need a ticket. Tickets can be purchased until the start of the event. The conference program consists of all 45 and 60 minute seminars arranged during the forum. Book your ticket here.
When you have bought a ticket, you will receive an email with a QR-code. We will scan the code on site and you will then receive a wristband that you show to gain access to the conference program. Please have the QR code ready to present when you arrive at registration for smooth check-in.
Tip! When you buy a ticket, you get a personal profile on our program website. Here you will find this year's program, exhibitors and practical information. Here you can also create a personal schedule and find your ticket. Go to www.invitepeople.com and log in with your email and a password of your choice.
Free entrance
In addition to the conference program, visitors can take part in mini-seminars, the exhibition square, evening programs, breakfast lectures and numerous networking opportunities. For these activities, visitors do not need a ticket, but only need to be registered for free entry. Registration for free entry
Food and drink
Food or drinks are not included in the tickets. It is possible to buy both coffee and lunch at the venue as well as at restaurants nearby. All food served during the forum is vegetarian, vegan options are available.
Information and rules regarding bags on the Swedish Forum for Human Rights
There is no bag ban during the Forum. However, we ask that you do not bring large bags and that you hang your jackets in the wardrobe. The cloakroom is at the entrance and costs SEK 20 and is paid by swish. Alternatively, there is an unattended wardrobe where you can hang your jacket free of charge.
During the concert on the evening of November 14, there is a bag ban, see special information for those of you planning to visit the concert.
Allergies and animals
We ask you to avoid strong scents such as perfume out of consideration for those of our participants who are allergic. Fur animals other than assistance and/or guide dogs are not allowed.
