Sverre Martinsen is a Managing Director & Partner in BCG's Oslo office, where his started in 2008. He leads BCG´s aquaculture practice where he has experience working with aquaculture companies across the value chain on topics related to strategy, transactions, and broader improvement work. Sverre also spent 18 months building a venture capital firm focused on ocean-based investments (Fynd Ocean Ventures). Sverre holds a MSc in Finance from Cass Business School, London, and a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Petter Eilertsen advises clients across all industries on their strategic leadership challenges. This includes the entire spectrum of Egon Zehnder services ranging from search to individual assessment and team development, and he is a certified “green belt” leadership coach. His primary focus is on CEO succession in a broad sense – both long and short term, and he is an active member of our global CEO Succession Advisory group. He is also active as a board advisor doing a large number of board member searches and board effectiveness reviews.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Petter was a Partner and Managing Director with the Boston Consulting Group from 1994 to 2009, based in Stockholm and later Oslo. He was also the office leader of BCG Oslo between 2003 and 2006.
Petter has a Siviløkonom degree in business and economics from the Norwegian School of Management (BI), and before that spent two years in officer training in the Royal Norwegian Navy.

Charles is a Senior Commodity Analyst in the Agri Commodity Markets Research (ACMR) team and is based in London. He specialises in the markets for major G&O crops as well as sugar. Before joining Rabobank, Charles worked in the agricultural commodities research team at BMI, a Fitch Solutions business. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a master’s degree in economics and business from Sciences Po, Paris.
