Øivind Amundsen has 23 years’ experience at Oslo Børs. In 2020 he became CEO of Euronext Oslo Børs and Member of the Managing Board in Euronext. Prior to that he held position as Executive Vice President, Primary Markets & Legal Affairs.
He has held former positions as Partner in the law firm Selmer, working with public equity capital transactions, and as Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs in KLP.
Amundsen is Cand.jur. from the University of Bergen, Authorized Financial Analyst from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. In addition he holds a higher officer degree from the Norwegian Naval Academy, and he has worked as officer on different navy vessels.

He is a regular speaker on global seafood and aquaculture conferences and has published research reports covering the seafood industry.
