Hur stärker vi samverkan mellan offentlig sektor och näringsliv för att bygga ett mer robust totalförsvar? Frågor om försörjningsberedskap, ansvarsfördelning och samordning har fått en allt större betydelse i takt med ett förändrat säkerhetsläge och ökade krav på motståndskraft.
Charlotte Petri Gornitzka, nationell rådgivare för stärkt privat-offentlig samverkan i totalförsvaret samt Landshövding i Gotlands län, presenterar slutsatser från utredningen ”Kartläggning av privat-offentlig samverkan (POS) inom försörjningsberedskapen för att stärka totalförsvaret i Sverige”.
Utredningens uppdrag är att stödja regeringens arbete med svensk försörjningsberedskap och näringslivets beredskapsplanering, och samtidigt bidra till bättre samverkan mellan statliga aktörer och företag. Målet är att öka takten i uppbyggnaden av det civila försvaret och därmed stärka totalförsvaret.

Charlotte Petri Gornitzka är nationell rådgivare för stärkt privat-offentlig samverkan i totalförsvaret samt Landshövding i Gotlands län. Hon var tidigare varit generaldirektör för Myndigheten för samhällsskydd och beredskap (MSB) och för Sida, samt assisterande generalsekreterare och biträdande exekutivdirektör för Unicef.
