At A great pitch@vitalis, the most innovative Healthtech companies will showcase new digital solutions in healthcare. Attendees can listen to short pitches where 10 companies present their innovations, followed by questions from a distinguished panel. We welcome you to join us for this engaging event with high energy and excitement!

Denna session om 90 minuter kommer att belysa problemet med det kaos som råder när det gäller namngivning av vårdens olika enheter och presentera några initiativ till att reda upp i eländet. Detta är en fråga som både berör allmänheten/patienterna som söker sig till olika vårdenheter men också vårdens professionella och inte minst de IT lösningar som ska bidra till säker kommunikation. Gunnar Klein, ordförande i Läkaresällskapets kommitté för medicinsk språkvård, inleder med en översikt av problemet och exempel. Vi får också belysning av hur man arbetar med frågan i Västragötalandsregionen från Magnus Fogelberg och från region Skåne med en presentation av deras arbete med en namnstandard som ges av Christel Axelsson. Vi får också en presentation från Helena Nilsson, eHälsomyndigheten om det uppdrag man där har med relevans för frågan. Slutligen sker en paneldiskussion om möjligheter och strategier för nationellt samarbete.

Sustainable health data infrastructure depends on standards and platforms, but also an active community that shares methods, tools, and implementation experience. This session introduces the emerging OHDSI Sweden Community and discusses how a Nordic community of practice can help make OMOP operational in real-world settings.

Sweden has an opportunity to use OMOP not only as a technical data model, but as a reusable analytics layer that supports harmonisation, federated evidence generation, and collaboration across national and international health data ecosystems. OMOP 4 Sweden is a growing movement with a clear mission—to establish the OMOP Common Data Model as a formal and sustainable part of the Swedish health data ecosystem.
