Spår: Comprehensive and Integrated Care

At Zealand University Hospital in Denmark, we are committed to a person-centred vision for how we provide healthcare. Over the past five years, we have worked to embed this vision at micro, meso, and macro-levels of our organization. Our efforts have included piloting an intensive staff and leadership program at the department level, fostering and evaluating  person-centred capacity among leaders at the organizational level, and  working with global leaders in person-centred healthcare to inform, guide and support our initiatives. This Panel aims to provide a comprehensive exploration of our journey, highlighting the progress we've made, the challenges we've encountered, and the strategies we´ve developed to overcome them. We will share our experiences at the micro, meso, and macro levels, offering valuable insights that can benefit other organizations striving to cultivate a person-centred culture. By sharing our initiatives and their outcomes, we hope to inspire others in their efforts to develop person-centred cultures.
