Agenda

No slides, no pressure, just show-and-tell energy. If you've messed around with Claude, ChatGPT or any AI tool and built something even a little bit cool, bring it. Dashboards, automations, weird time-savers, whatever. Come brag a little and leave with three ideas you didn't have before, Momentus related or not.Roundtable discussion with your peers. No Agenda, No Slides, just your real examples in action.

Nobody runs Momentus in a vacuum. Come talk shop about the other tools sitting next to it in your workflow, what's carrying its weight, and where you've found yourself thinking "man, I wish Momentus just did this natively." Good excuse to swap notes with other admins and maybe find your next integration idea.Roundtable discussion with your peers. No Agenda, No Slides, just your real examples in action.

From what the client asked for to a proposal you'd actually send. Twenty-five minutes on how resources and inventory get matched to a request and assembled into a proposal, so your team stops rebuilding the same document from scratch.

Every power user has a few tricks they picked up the hard way. This is the roundtable to pool them: shortcuts, workarounds, settings nobody reads the docs on. Come with at least one tip to trade and leave with a notebook full of new ones.Roundtable discussion with your peers. No Agenda, No Slides, just your real examples in action.

Your venue doesn't run on one system, and it never will. This session covers how Momentus Connect brings your tools together, in two ways: integrations you can turn on from the Marketplace, and the APIs, webhooks, and Workflow Builder for building your own when nothing pre-built covers how you actually work. The result: less time re-entering data and reconciling reports by hand, and more time running the event. For admins and IT leads who own how those systems talk to each other.

Holds, conflicts, and the calendar conversations that eat a booking team's week. See how booking instructions get interpreted, how conflicts surface and get resolved, and what it's like to work your calendar through chat instead of a grid.

Surveys are evolving fast — and Survey Loop is at the front of it. This session dives into the latest innovations reshaping how organizations capture feedback, from smarter design to sharper insights, and what it means for the way you listen to your audience.

Not every inquiry is worth the same to your venue, and a generic score won't tell you which. This session covers what goes into an opportunity score and how to tune the weighting to your venue's economics rather than someone else's. For sales leaders deciding where the team spends its time.

Bring your how-to questions to this practical, attendee-driven session focusing on the software’s financial module components, hosted by an independent third-party consultant. Twenty-five minutes on how Momentus handles the inquiries piling up in your inbox: duplicates caught before they become two records, instructions given in plain email, details pulled out of the message and into the opportunity.

For the customers who've been heads-down building out analytics and dashboards, this is your stage. Show what you made, why you made it, and what problem it solved. Everyone else walks away with a shortcut they didn't have to build themselves.Roundtable discussion with your peers. No Agenda, No Slides, just your real examples in action.

From scheduling chaos to real-time visibility — workforce management has changed. HumanForce shares what's driving that shift and how organizations are using it to run leaner, more responsive teams.

Why do Fortune 500 and EU companies choose one venue over another when sustainability is on the table? Johanna Behm, Envire's Co-Founder and CEO, has sat on both sides of that decision, planning events for Workday in Europe and later in life sciences and pharma. In this session, she's joined by Nikki Simmons from Oregon Convention Center's sales team for a live conversation on what actually moves planners to say yes to a venue, and why.
We'll explore with OCC, the first convention center in the world to earn LEED certification and one of the few in the U.S. to reach LEED Platinum, how the latest innovation in venue sustainability turns into a real operational win. OCC now has event-specific insight into utility consumption and waste, and has cut the time to produce a client-ready sustainability report from 10 hours to 30 minutes, a 90 percent reduction, across all 150 of its annual events. Includes a live automation demo.

Come share what you built, steal what works for someone else.Roundtable discussion with your peers. No Agenda, No Slides, just your real examples in action.
