What is the event about?
Illuminate is the name of the new, in-person customer conference hosted by Momentus. We selected the conference name “Illuminate” as a guiding theme because it’s more than just a word, but a beacon piloting the path to revolutionize what we do and how we do it – especially when it comes to serving our customers. This event is a unique opportunity for Momentus customers to come together with each other and the Momentus team so we can reconnect, reinvest and rewire the venue and event management landscape. Together, we can examine innovative technologies, share powerful solutions, learn from unparalleled experts and obtain a clear view on how to create extraordinary moments in your spaces and communities.
How many conferences are we holding?
We are hosting two conferences in 2026. Customers are not required to attend the conference in their region, but it is most beneficial for them to enable networking with peers.
- EMEA: Illuminate, Bella Center in Copenhagen, Denmark. 10-12 March 2026.
- North America: Illuminate, Charlotte Convention Center, Charlotte, USA. Sept 14-17, 2026
In what languages will the conferences be delivered?
Each Illuminate event will be delivered in English.
Will there be a conference every year from now on?
It is our hope that we host a conference event each year but will consider attendance and conduct post event surveys to determine the frequency and location of events.
Will there be a hybrid event option?
The Illuminate event will be an in-person event. Sessions will not be live streamed. Only select sessions will be recorded and made available after the conference.
Who should attend?
This event aims to bring together business and technology leaders who want to take an active role in utilizing technology to drive business outcomes for venues and events. The event is open to all Momentus customers, with most product-specific sessions focused on Momentus Enterprise and Elite. We monitor registration closely to craft the agenda and select the speakers and sessions best suited for those in attendance. We encourage customers who use Priava and EB Classic to attend sessions based on the product(s) they are considering. There will be some sessions during the conference that are an opportunity to learn with and from peers on various topics, regardless of product.

Illuminate registration is only open to existing Momentus customers. Sponsorship and partner inquiries should be directed to illuminate@gomomentus.com. If you are considering Momentus software and would like to attend, please email us or complete this form.
Momentus staff at the event will be based on region, content and presenters, and customers in attendance. Momentus staff will represent leadership, account management, customer success, solutions engineering, professional services, customer support and product teams. We are currently projecting between 30-50 staff in attendance for each conference, depending on how many attendees register as well as the final agenda.
Illuminate events are hosted in customer venues selected based on their compelling proposal and commitment to providing space in which we can showcase and celebrate the host venue, enable networking for our attendees, and share tips, tricks and expertise between peers, colleagues and staff.
Registration opens six months prior to the event on May 1st.
Our goal is to make registration rates as low as possible while providing a fantastic experience for all attendees. Because our agenda is partially crafted based on who will attend, it is better for us to understand who is coming as early as possible. As a result, we have structured our rates to be lowest when registration opens in September and reach the maximum rate in the final weeks before the event. We are proud to offer rates for the 2026 event which are lower than the early bird rate for 2024 even before discounts are applied.
All sessions are included in the registration fee as well as lunches, breaks and networking events. We may look at adding optional activities like tours or opportunities to explore the host city, and will note if any of these activities have additional fees to participate when conference registration opens.
Customers who send a group of four or more attendees will receive a discount of 150 € off per person in the group. All discounts are applied to the rates based on the month you register. For example, if you register as a group in September, the rate will be 1,099 € and if you register as part of a group in January, the rate will be 1,249 € per person. Additional promotions and discounts may be offered by your account manager or success manager.

The daily event attire is business casual. We will host two social events, at which all attendees can dress as formally or casually as desired. We will provide more information prior to the event.
We are excited to feature multiple customer speakers. If you know someone who would be a fantastic speaker or panelist or if you have a topic you are interested in speaking on, let us know!
Selection Process:
- Selection Process: We accept speaker recommendations from customers and Momentus staff and will extend invitations based on speaker topics and the sessions planned in the agenda.
- Recommend a Speaker or Volunteer to Speak: Please email illuminate@gomomentus.com with the name, title, company, and potential topics for each speaker.
- Expectations of Speakers: Customers who speak at Illuminate may be involved in one of the following ways: Panelists with other customers and Momentus staff; Moderators or champions facilitating a session or discussion; and/or Co-presenters in a fireside chat or software demo. All sessions will have at least one Momentus staff member to support speakers before and during the conference. Speakers will be asked to complete a speaker engagement form, exchange a few emails with Momentus staff, and participate in at least one planning call with other speakers and Momentus staff prior to conference.
- Acknowledge for Potential Speakers and Invited Speakers: Building an agenda is like putting together a puzzle, and our priority will be to sculpt an agenda that is most valuable for those in attendance. From our event surveys, we know attendees want to learn from other customers. If you receive an invitation to speak, please know this means we are confident in your expertise and will partner with you to ensure your engagement is on a topic you are confident in and that you are supported. If you do not want to speak on a given topic, do not feel comfortable with certain formats, or do not feel comfortable speaking in front of larger groups, let us know.
