The market for remote social and healthcare is rapidly changing and Altide is leading the coordination of communication and service in the connected care. In this inspiring session, Maarten will share some key insights in how the market in the Netherlands is changing and how Altide is adopting its services to these changes and enhancing the quality and efficiency in care coordination. 

In the Netherlands, there are currently many regions where it is mandatory to collaborate with competing parties. Maarten regularly acts as a key player in these situations. Outside of his job at Altide, Maarten is co-owner of a maternity care company. This company is responsible for providing maternity care in two dominant regions in the Netherlands. Before entering the care sector, Maarten was responsible for managing large customer services, such as Center Parcs, American Express, and Ziggo. He did this from the facility call centre Teleperformance. Here, Maarten learned how to serve a customer with optimal satisfaction through a multichannel approach. In short, a versatile person who can offer care, efficiency, and not to forget: a little bit of margin, with an efficient and enthusiastic approach.

The target audience for this presentation includes organizations and individuals working strategically within healthcare, where the focus is on streamlining and coordinating the interaction points between providers and recipients. This includes the establishment of a control center/"air traffic control tower" for resource optimization.
