Guillaume Byk is a legal and policy officer at the European Commission, DG Health, Unit C1 on Digital Health. He is a lawyer specialised in data protection and biomedical law. Prior to joining DG Health, Guillaume worked at the office of the European Data Protection Supervisor and at the national data protection authority of Luxembourg on the implementation of the GDPR. Previously, he worked for more than 10 years as a data protection officer and legal counsel in a public biomedical research centre in Luxembourg.

Tina är en van och uppskattad föreläsare med över 15 års erfarenhet från myndigheter främst inom den statliga hälso- och sjukvårdssektorn men även från IMY och Regeringskansliet. Efter att ha arbetet i flertal år med olika rättsliga ramverk på såväl nationell, europeisk som internationell nivå har hon god insikt och kunskap om vikten av nationella regelverks samverkan med de EU rättsliga ramverken. På E-hälsomyndigheten jobbar hon som jurist främst i de regeringsuppdrag om nationell digital infrastruktur som myndigheten har och har även arbetat som jurist i myndighetens EU projekt inom EHDS och sekundäranvändning.
