Tuesday May 20, 2025 15:30 - 16:15 Vitalis Plaza

Lecturers: Magnus Kjellberg, Michel van Genderen, Nasim Farrokhnia, Stefan Jovinge

As AI has evolved from an idea, the first proof-of-concepts have been completed and the implementation is more in focus and more real than ever. New challenges, not only legal, but safety issues also- and with the newly adopted AI act and EHDS passing the EU parliament in the process of being processed by the EU Council we are in a window of opportunity where we can set standards of practice to prevent the misuse and ensure the safe implementation of AI in healthcare.

Trustworthy and Reliable AI Network TRAIN Europe is an open collaborative network for collaboration of academic centers focusing on sharing experiences, algorithms and developing common standards for AI practice to promote AI development, implementation and safe practice in European healthcare.
