Poster session

The hydrogen conference focuses on the latest advances in the hydrogen industry. We now welcome applications from researchers who want to present their results in two different formats:

  1. Poster session –  All researchers can present their project results as a poster during an exhibition, regardless of whether the projects are completed or ongoing.
  2. Poster pitch (presentation on stage) – Only researchers whose projects have reported results can present their posters on stage. During this pitch, the researcher gets two minutes to highlight the project's most important conclusions in front of the conference participants.

Researchers who wish to participate can email Energiforsk and describe the following:

  1. The purpose of the project
  2. Project timeframe
  3. Why the project should be presented at the conference.
  4. In what way the project's results contribute to solutions that create change in the hydrogen industry

Projects that focus on cost reduction or the latest technology are particularly encouraged.

Email your application to: kontakt@energiforsk.se. Deadline: October 18.

Criteria and important information:

  • Deadline for first e-mail application: October 18 at the latest.
  • Poster size: A0 format, portrait.
  • To be relevant for the poster pitch, the project must have reported results.
  • Selection process: Submitted proposals are reviewed and selected by the conference's research council. Notification is given to applicants no later than 1 November.
  • If your poster is approved, you have until the first day of the conference, December 11, to create and print your poster. You are responsible for printing your poster and taking it to Stockholmsmässan.

The main language of the conference is Swedish, but there will be presentations in English. For English-speaking participants, there is a special English-language track in the conference programme, that will be highlighted further on, when the programme is finished.

Researchers who participate in the poster session and the pitch register as either students or post-docs (Doktorand). See the different ticket options here.

The poster session will be available during both days of the conference. The poster pitch is scheduled on Thursday, December 12. However, researchers whose posters are accepted are asked to be available both days if schedule changes occur.
