Prof. Anders Berglund (Uppsala University, Sweden) will summarize the EASTEM FINAL DISSEMINATION EVENT and EASTEM project and thank all the participants for a great collaboration and achievements!
The second panel of the day will focus on "Knowledge gained from teaching & learning methodologies" from the EASTEM projects lifespan.
The first panel discussion of the day will concentrate on the "EASTEM project in a broader context" where the panelists from different sectors outside the project will discuss the relevance of international collaboration, accuracy of STEM centers and actions needed for future sustainability of ongoing STEM centers that were initiated during the project lifespan as well as international collaboration between regions and continents.
Prof. Arnold Pears, Professor and Chair of the Department of Learning in Engineering Sciences, KTH Royal Institute of Technology will give a short introduction on the background of STEM (acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and comment the success of the EASTEM project outcomes.
Vice Rector Johan Tysk from Uppsala University in Sweden will give a welcoming speech with focus on importance of international collaborations and why such projects as EASTEM (with focus on pedagogical development) are important.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chutamas Satasook, Vice President for Academic Affairs Prince of Songkla University (PSU) in Thailand will give a welcoming speech on the final day of EASTEM FINAL DISSEMINATION EVENT.

In this event, EASTEM partners from Indonesia - Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Gadjah Mada University (UGM), Udayana University (UNUD) and Del Institute of Technology (IT Del) will share their SCL experience and MBKM practices, related to the EASTEM project in Indonesia.
Three EASTEM partner univerisites in Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE), Hanoi University of Science (HUS) and Hung Yen University of Technology and Education (UTEHY) will jointly run a 1,5-hour seminar to disseminate the achievements of EASTEM projects in each of our universities to students of the 3 universities and high school teachers.

Internal EASTEM project meeting with EASTEM partners aims to internally work on the remaining tasks for the Final reporting as well as lift up the possibilities for the future collaboration.
For this purpose we will use a method "World Café" where partners will be divided into break-out rooms and discuss the six different questions related to the project in six rounds. The material gathered will be used in the final project reporting.
