Fill in the application form by clicking the link below. We will review all applications and, within a few weeks, inform you whether you have been offered the opportunity to exhibit. We will strive to accommodate as many companies as possible while ensuring that all defence domains are represented.
Exhibitor Criteria for Defence Expo
Supply or offer products, systems or services to Swedish defence authorities.
Contribute to dialogue, knowledge exchange and the sharing of experience between government authorities and industry.
Have Swedish defence authorities as the primary target audience for their participation.
Booking conditions
The following are not permitted:
Pavilion structures
Shared exhibition stands; only one company may occupy each booked exhibition space
Attending the exhibition without exhibiting
Having stand personnel on site solely for visiting or networking purposes and not for staffing the stand
Next Steps We will contact you by email to confirm your stand allocation. Payment for the exhibition stand will be made at this stage and can be completed by card. By making the payment, you also confirm and secure your place at the event.
