All applications will be reviewed, and we will be in touch within a couple of weeks with information regarding the possibility of exhibiting.

Our aim is to ensure that as many companies as possible are given the opportunity to participate, while also representing a broad range of sectors. 

Criteria for Exhibitors at Defence Expo

• The company must work on products, systems, or services aimed at end-users at Swedish defence agencies.
• The focus should be on dialogue and knowledge exchange – not on direct sales.
• The exhibition is not intended for companies whose primary purpose is B2B networking or subcontractor relations.

Prices and packages

The exhibition package includes the following:

• Space to display a product, roll-up, pop-up wall or similar
• Electricity
• High table
• Participation with stand personel depending on the size of the stand

At this stage, you book and confirm your exhibition space. Payment is made by card.

After the New Year, it will be time to book any requirements for electricity, tables, etc., as well as to begin providing information about your company, uploading your logo, and so on.
