Mille Marie Isaksen Lillemoen is the Project Manager of ONS Young 2022 on a Secondment from DNO Norge. She has worked with DNO ASA in Oslo since 2018 and started in her role at ONS in Stavanger in 2019, working with ONS Young as well as gaining extensive experience in stakeholder management, stage presence and the moderator role. Besides working to incorporate the young voice at ONS 2022 she finished a Bachelor in Political Science at the University of Stavanger in May 2022, exploring the paradox of Norwegian oil and gas legacy and climate ambitions. In 2020 she got elected as the Head of the Fadderfestival 2021, with the ultimate responsibility for the coordination of 4000 participants, sponsors, media handling, and of a multi-million NOK budget. Isaksen Lillemoen was elected into the Learning Environment Committee 2021/2022, an advisory body to the University Management at the University of Stavanger, and hired as a Student Ambassador for the University of Stavanger.
