John Olav Fløisand received his Master of Science degree in Electrical Power Engineering in 2005 and has since worked for Schlumberger OneSubsea. He started his career as a project engineer for subsea power systems, following projects from tender to offshore commissioning and start up. Later, he became the group leader for electrical analysis and was involved in several technology development activities. Since 2014 he has been part of OneSubsea’s sales and early engagement team as study lead for the many power demanding opportunities as well as subsea integration alliance development activities.
In April 2021, he took on a new role, leading the business development for OneSubsea Processing's Emerging Energy and Low Carbon Solutions.

Marius Asak holds a BSC in mechanical engineering from the Oslo University College. He has worked in different engineering positions including subsea process system design engineer at TFMC, project engineering and lab manager at GEO Oil & Gas, and is now working as Engineering Manager covering subsea power solutions at Baker Hughes.

Ola Jemtland has a technical background with a Siv.Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from University of Colorado at Boulder. More than 30 years experience within oil & gas, including 20 years experience within subsea processing. Ola Jemtland is Manager for New Product Development, Power Systems, Subsea Processing, at TechnipFMC.
