Rethinking learning & development
Tuesday October 16, 2018 10:30 - 11:15 Workshop Room T4
Lecturer: Lars Häggström
At a time when pace of change is increasing, and most organizations claim they are in the middle of a transformation, the requirements on Learning & Development is changing. In addition to being aligned with, and possibly even co-creators of the organization’s strategy, L&D must be central to creating organizational agility, rethinking how learning takes place as well as expanding the definition of partnership. These claims have been made by Harvard Business Publishing in a recent report, but what does this actually mean? And how can L&D assume this role and be more impactful than ever before?
Together with Lars Häggström, at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, you will elaborate on these findings and explore tangible examples for how to succeed in this new role.
