KMC Pproperties is an industrial real estate company with an extensive track record and roots within the fishery industry (40+ years). The company’s business model is founded on trusting relationships with clients, which again enables it to own critical parts of their value chain. KMCP has set out on a journey that targets a doubling of its property portfolio within 2025 and this journey is facilitated by its existing client relationships as they grow their own operations and geographical footprint.
At current, the company’s main clients consists of BEWI, Insula, Grøntvedt Pelagic and PSW who together make up ~84% of the company’s net operating income. Excluding its office building in Moscow (legacy position that is expected to be divested) the company currently owns 46 properties spread across Norway, Sweden, Holland, Denmark and Finland.
