CAN10 is a novel antibody targeting IL1RAP and thereby blocks the activity of three different inflammatory cytokines (IL-1, IL-33 and IL-36) involved in the pathogenesis of several life threatening diseases. CAN10 is planned to enter clinical studies early 2022 and is focused on treatment of systemic sclerosis and myocarditis.
