Camanchaca is a fully integrated salmon company and is among the top performing salmon farming companies in Chile. The company was listed on OSE in February 2018. Salmones Camachaca farms Atlantic salmon, Coho salmon and trout in its 74 sea sites in Chile.
In total, Salmones Camanchaca has a total harvesting capacity of 62.8k tonnes WFE, which includes licenses for both salmon and trout. In 2020 the company harvested 53k tonnes of salmon and 4.2k tonnes of trout in 2020. Salmones Camanchaca also has its own broodstock program and egg production and is 100% self-sufficient with smolt and owns both harvesting facilities and a VAP facility. The parent company also has sales offices in several countries and is in addition involved in fishmeal production.
