SISP OPENING CEREMONY

Introductory remarks from Marina Berg (Ambassador of Sweden to Indonesia, Timor-Leste and ASEAN) and Erik Odar (Trade Commissioner of Sweden to Indonesia) will set the scene for SISP 2022, revealing how collaboration and action go hand-in-hand in order to facilitate sustainable solutions and to pioneer the possible. The introduction will be followed by a speech from Business Sweden’s CEO.  

 

SIGNING CEREMONY (INDUSTRY ALLIANCE)

Mrs. Marina Berg (Ambassador of Sweden to Indonesia, Timor-Leste and ASEAN) and Erik Odar (Trade Commissioner of Sweden to Indonesia) will highlight the SISP Industry Alliance’s 2022 achievements, manifested by a signing ceremony between the Indonesian Ministry of Industry’s PIDI 4.0 and Swedish technology companies at the forefront of Industry 4.0.  

 

UNLOCKING INNOVATION FOR SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC GROWTH

Technology and innovation are key drivers of structural change and economic growth. To ensure that Indonesia’s economic growth can reach 2.8 trillion by 2040 through technology adoption, comprehensive points for collaboration are needed to unlock its potential. With Sweden being at the forefront of the transition towards sustainability, continuously scoring high in parameters related to technology, innovation, human capital and sustainable production, this panel discussion aims to explore ideas on how increased collaboration can unlock Indonesia’s technological transformation and sustainable economic growth potential.  

 

DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY TO INCREASE INDONESIA'S MANUFACTURING PRODUCTIVITY AND COMPETITIVENESS

What does industrial automation mean for Indonesian stakeholders? How can Swedish stakeholders collaborate with Indonesian stakeholders to support Indonesia’s industrial automation? This session will foster discussion on digitalization, operational efficiency, and capacity building for industrial automation.  

 

GREEN DATA CENTRES IN INDONESIA: HOW CAN SWEDISH TECHNOLOGIES ENABLE THEIR SUCCESS?

Data centres will see more growth in the years to come, aligning with Indonesia’s digital economic growth. Several global players such as Alibaba Cloud, Google Cloud Platform, and Amazon Web Services have established their presence within the market to cope with industrialization agenda. This session embraces solutions for building competitive data centres and sheds light on how collaboration can foster the development of sustainable critical infrastructure.   


OPENING CEREMONY (TRANSPORTATION ALLIANCE)

Marina Berg (Ambassador of Sweden to Indonesia, Timor-Leste and ASEAN) and Erik Odar (Trade Commissioner of Sweden to Indonesia) will highlight the achievements of SISP 2022 in the transportation sector. Thereafter, the session will be followed by ministerial remarks.  


SIGNING CEREMONY

A signing ceremony will take place, showcasing collaboration within the field of sustainable transportation. SKF and KAI will reveal the collaboration on rail. The signing ceremony will be testified by Marina Berg (Ambassador of Sweden to Indonesia, Timor-Leste and ASEAN) and Erik Odar (Trade Commissioner of Sweden to Indonesia). 


COLLABORATION TO BUILD RESILIENT ELECTROMOBILITY SYSTEMS IN INDONESIA

Indonesia is designing their public transportation system, developing new bus routes, procuring new electric buses and developing supporting infrastructure (e.g., traffic management, ticket integration). What investments are needed to develop Indonesia’s bus rapid transit infrastructure? How can Swedish solutions help Indonesia in meeting their BRT development visions? This session aims to foster collaboration between Swedish technologies at the forefront of innovation and high-level stakeholders within Indonesia’s public transportation sector.   

 

ELECTROMOBILITY IN JAKARTA: INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS IN ELECTRIC BRT AND INTEGRATED CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE

Jakarta’s provincial government has pledged to only produce electric buses for TransJakarta fleets by 2025 and has committed to operating 100% electric vehicles for all bus fleets (>10,000 e-buses) by 2030. The Swedish vision is well aligned with the electrification agenda. For instance, the Stockholm public transportation system has been using 100% renewable energy since 2017 and the city aims to provide the most sustainable public transport in the world. This session aims to foster collaboration and share know-how between Swedish technology companies at the forefront of the energy transition and high-level stakeholders of Indonesia’s electrification agenda.
