To exhibit in the Try Swedish pavilion at PLMA Amsterdam, Business Sweden will charge an exhibitor participation fee. This fee helps to support the cost of the Try Swedish pavilion and presence at PLMA.
- Single booth (3x3m): SEK 80 000
- Dual booth (6x3m): SEK 110 000
As part of Business Sweden's government assignment, small and medium-sized companies are eligible for a 50% subsidy on the exhibitor participation fees. For these SME companies the prices are:
- Single booth (3x3m): SEK 40 000
- Dual booth (6x3m): SEK 55 000
Please note that Business Sweden uses the EU definition of small and medium-sized enterprises.

These ceilings apply to the figures for individual firms only. A firm that is part of a larger group may need to include staff headcount/turnover/balance sheet data from that group too.
Example: Enterprise A owns 33% of C and 49% of D, while B has a 25% stake in the business. To calculate headcount and financial data, add relevant percentages of the data for B, C, and D to the total data.
Total = 100% of A + 25% of B + 33% of C + 49% of D.
